Allsteel Inc., a leader in workplace furnishings, announces that COFCO, an office furniture and workspace solutions dealer, has acquired CHL, a 23-year old independently owned furniture dealer in Washington, D.C. As of May 1, 2019, CHL officially changed its brand name to COFCO and will become a branch office serving the Washington, D.C. metro area. Founded in 1946, COFCO has been one of Allsteel’s major furniture dealers since 1952.
